No, payment cards can’t be removed once they’ve been added to your Travelex Wire account. If your card expires, it’ll be clearly shown as expired in Travelex Wire and can’t be used to fund an order. You’ll need to enter a new card with valid expiry date to make a payment.

Your card details will have to be re-entered as of the 15 March 2019. This is related to Travelex’s alignment with PCI DSS industry standards. You will no longer see previously used card details under the “Saved card” section in your Travelex Wire account. If you decide to make a new international money transfer after the 15 March 2019, you’ll have to re-enter your card details at the point of payment. You will then have the choice to save your card details for future payments.
