The customer support team are available to answer your questions Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm (UK time). There are three main ways to get in touch with them:

You can initiate a live web chat session with the customer support team when you’re logged into Travelex Wire. The team will typically reply within minutes but in the cases where this isn’t feasible, they will reply as soon as they can.

2. Email

Calls to our 0345 300 5835 number are inclusive from landlines and from mobiles. If you haven’t got any inclusive minutes, or they have run out, these calls are charged at the same rate as normal local landline numbers: calls from a landline typically cost up to 9p per minute, and calls from a mobile typically range between 3p and 55p per minute.
